Taco Soup
2 cans of diced tomatoes
2 cans of kidney beans
2 cans of black beans
2 cans of corn
1 onion (white)
1 or 2 packets of taco seasoning
1 packet of ranch seasoning
The best part is you can add and subtract ingredients to your taste. J would add some jalapenos, for example.
Serve over tortilla chips and with grated cheese.
